Files Will Not Upload

  Hello,

  Every time I try to upload a PDF or JPG, I get an “Error” message–there is some trouble uploading.

  Why is this happening? What can I do? Please let me know, or let me know who I can call to sort this out. I am a paying customer. :)

  Hi there Catharine!

  The issue is that you’ve used 100% of the upgraded space that you received as part of your Premium package. You have a couple choices. You can either delete files from your Media Library that you no longer need, or you can purchase more space.
