    I’m trying to connect to my affiliates. ImpactRadius explained to me that i needed filezilla to download their product catalog. Now what I dont understand is what i do with this now that Ive done the download. Everything pops up in html code, and how to I use this is my wordpress site. Im having some problems and I could really use some help. I went into this blind and I am having some regrets

    We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

    Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin.

    You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

    Hi,
    Sorry for the confusion, however this forum is for websites using WordPress .COM.

    Your website is using WordPress .ORG, which is the self-hosted software.

    I see that you are currently using a Premium theme, and therefore you will want to contact the theme seller, in this case StudioPress, through their website for support.
