filezilla ftp

    I am a new administrator on another wordpress.com domain (I had to sign up again with a new site to get in here at all) and I don’t know what the ftp site name in filezilla should be – or I don’t have a ftp login – how do I set this up – the help mentions cPanel – what is that? Can I contact wordpress.com directly with my details for help?
