FileZilla – what IP address should I put in the Host field (Site Manager)?

  I get the following messages when trying to connect using FileZilla, though the 192… number sometimes ends .12
  I believe the Host field (Site Manager) needs an IP address – what address should I use?
  Status: Connecting to 192.0.78.13:21…
  Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message…
  Error: Could not connect to server

  You can’t use FileZilla with WordPress.com blogs/sites.
