Filled out recover account with transaction ID and submitted but nothing happened

Have written so many times! Frustrated!!!! My hubby and I went to great lengths to find the transaction ID so we could recover the account but they said it was invalid! Am looking at the credit card statement as I write. I cannot add new posts to the blog! At one time I was GinkgoGal.

As already said several times: your site https://judylou.blog/ is connected to another account of yours ginkgogal.
The problem is you always log in to the wrong account judylhines111. You must log out from current judylhines111 and log in to ginkgogal.
Staff has all the time been trying to help you to restore access to your account ginkgogal. Just follow up their emails and simply do what they ask you to do; creating multiple threads on this forum won’t help you. -
Clarifying too, can you look for the email that has a title “WordPress.com support – assistance with account access” ?
Staff is ready to help and waiting for your response there.
