Filling out the contact page – I think my comments aren't liked.

  I’m trying to set up my contact page for a new blog, I get to the ‘required’ comment section and write. They don’t say WHAT we are supposed to write about there, so I wrote basically ‘Here’s what’s inside, look or don’t look…..’.
  Did I go over a letter limit? Did I use language I shouldn’t have? Why when I want to hit submit do I get a red circle with a red line for a curser so I can’t submit?
