Filter users by URL

  For my marketing landing page i want to filter users by the website, where they are coming from. So I want to publish different URLs, that link all to the same landing page. And later i want to check, where they are coming from. Is that possible with wordpress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
