  Hello,

  I recently wanted to change bank details on this domain but accidentally deleted it off the site instead. Now it’s saying it’s mapped to another wordpress site which seems very unlikely. How can I get finascend.com back?

  Also…how do I talk to a support agent? The stand-out thing about wordpress was always that they offered free support so if the chat option has been removed, I might take my domain elsewhere once this is sorted :(

  Hi there,

  We can still restore finascend.com to your account. But you’ve also deleted the site it was connected to, finascenddotcom.wordpress.com, and cancelled the Premium Plan on that site. Do you want to restore that site and the premium plan as well? If you don’t want to restore the site, we can restore the domain only for you.

  Note that we’ll need your confirmation within the next 48 hours – past that the domain may enter redemption, at which point there will be an additional fee to recover it.

  The only free support we’ve ever offered is right here in this forum. You had access to live chat support because you owned a Premium Plan, and you lost access to live chat support when you cancelled that plan. As soon as we restore the plan, you’ll have access to live chat and email support again as well.

  Hi Kokkieh,

  It would be brilliant if you’re able to restore the domain if possible please? The plan and site are unrequired at this time but I accidentally deleted the domain too!

  I can confirm I’d like the domain finascend.com reinstated to this account.

  RE support, I do recall I used to run a free account and still had the chat access? This may have been a while ago though so perhaps it changed in the meantime or I’m mistaken. Either way, thanks for getting back so soon.

  Hi @viktoriakisslivecouk, I don’t think we’ve had free chat either before. But the domain is restored now.

  And if you’re pointing the domain elsewhere, you can transfer the domain with these steps:

  I did notice you deleted the site the domain was on, too. Was that intentional? If we hurry, we can restore that, too. However, you would need a paid plan to properly map the domain to it. Let us know what you’d like to do!
