Find a list of past plugins used

Hello, we had an active WP site until late last year, and now I can no longer access the dashboard. I am still getting charged for plug-ins. Is there a way to get a list of plug ins associated with our domain? Thank you.

I would like to help with that, but the site caffeladro.com is not hosted with us at WordPress.com, so we are unable to access account details such as the plugin list. However, I can point you in the right direction.
It appears that the site was previously a self-hosted site offered by Dreamhost and is now hosted with Cloudflare. They may be able to assist you with hosting details: https://www.cloudflare.com/.You can also find more information about the hosting and domain registrar of your site here: https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/.
