  How to find a staff person to empty out my beginner blog. I want to keep the address and start over.

  You can do that yourself rather than waiting in the lengthy line-up for Staff to do it for you. You can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.

  IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results).
