Find account and change your plugin subscription method

    I would like to log in to the official WordPress website and change the “Plugin subscription payment method”. (Currently in progress with regular payment every 20 days)

    However, I needed to reset the password because I didn’t know the password for the account, but ‘that email account’ was ”deleted” and I ‘cannot receive emails.’

    So I created another email with the same management email and tried logging in to WordPress again, but it was recognized as a new WordPress site.
    The email account we are inquiring about now is “the same email address and account as the main account.” (But it is being recognized as a new account)

    Please check, and I would be grateful if you could tell me how to solve the problem.

    I do not see your site listed as being hosted by WordPress.com, do you maybe have a self-hosted plan with a different provider?
