Find blog owner of a wordpress blog.

  Have been tinkering with an idea of a blog named ‘shipwreck’. On searching for shipwreck.wordpress.com, i came across a blog which hasn’t had a single post and was made in 2007. I am assuming it was never used. Since the blog is in russian i couldn’t understand a thing. In a supposed contact or comment form I’ve written my request. But due to this very long non use of the blog I have very little hope that the owner would respond seeing the comment.
  Is there any help i could get regarding this?

  I’m sorry but there isn’t. We do not give out personal information from accounts ever, so what you describe about trying to reach them by using a contact or comment form on the blog itself is the best route.
