Find my original theme

  I had a good theme when I first set up my wordpress site but I changed it and can no longer find it in the catalog of themes.

  It was a single page newsletter theme with a black and white photo of a microphone if that helps?

  Is there any way I can revert back to this theme?

  this is the theme! I can only see it when I go to add a new page and it doesn’t show the name
