Find self hosted blogs with Jetpack plugin enabled through Facebook

    Hello,
    I have a self hosted blog, so NOT hosted by wordpress.com.
    However, I am using Jetpack plugin, so I connected my site with wordpress.com.
    I just want to make sure that people cannot find my blog through facebook. I am confused, because I can search for friends on facebook blogging with WordPress. Can somebody confirm if it’s possible?
