Hi there,
The tool you’re using has a few limitations.
It searches for a themes’s style.css file, then checks that file to determine the theme name – but it isn’t always possible to do that automatically; WordPress can be configured in many different ways.
For example, it can’t find the style.css for broomfield.co.uk because that site uses a plugin to combine multiple CSS files (including style.css) into a single file to improve load times.
It can’t find the style.css file for pjtradewindows.co.uk because the theme being used bypasses the traditional way WordPress loads style files – the CSS comes from multiple files in separate folders/directories in the theme.

how do you continue a thread convo?
I Aaso the same result when I right click the site and check source code… is there a way to find a theme then?

There is, but it’s a bit technical.
When you view the page source of a WordPress site, search for references to
/wp-content/themes/Here’s an example for http://www.broomfield.co.uk
Screenshot – https://cloudup.com/cn8rGG5pkTX
The text that comes directly after
/wp-content/themes/is the name of the theme folder. In this case it’sbroomfieldalexander.Once you’ve found that info, manually add
style.cssafter the folder name to view the stylesheet.Example – https://www.broomfield.co.uk/wp-content/themes/broomfieldalexander/style.css
That site is using a custom theme that isn’t publicly available to purchase.
The style.css for pjtradewindows.co.uk can be found at http://pjtradewindows.co.uk/wp-content/themes/pjs-trade-windows/style.css
That site is using a heavily modified version of a starter theme called Sage.
