Find titles and "visibility" on widget page in theme Twenty Eleven
-
I tried another network and the same problem persists in both Safari and Firefox. I can see widget titles and visibility on all my other blogs but not one certain blog. I looked at settings but didn't see anything obvious that might have become changed. Nothing seems pertinent to widgets. I rebooted Safari. and it still didn't work. But I had a good idea: I signed on as my partner instead of myself and then it worked! I was able to make the edits I needed. Now I will go home and see what is working there! I'll let you know.

Ok, I thought I had the answer but, no, it appears I don't. The different network did not work on my laptop. Signing on under another administrator's name/password did work on the other network and on my home network does work. However, I still can't access widget titles and visibility on either of my home computers. I tried rebooting and removing the WP cookies again also. And it is still true that only this one aspect of this one blog is impeded! A mystery still. Other ideas?

Yaaayyyyyy, my son found the problem! He noticed that one the one widgets page I was having my problem with was in “accessibility” mode! I have no idea how that happened. So problem solved! Hopefully I won't do this again, but at least I'll know what to do! I hope this helps you too! Susan

Oh fabulous! I’m so glad you figured this out. Sorry for the delay in my response, I was off for a few days.
Do let me know if there’s anything else I can help with! :)
