Find way to blog with personal handwriting (suggestion)

    I think it would be sweet if you guys could somehow find a way for us to blog using our own handwriting. Reading blogs would be like reading letters – more personal and intimate.

    You can do that now. Write something out, scan it, turn it into a JPG or PNG, insert it into a post. Bob’s your uncle.

    Everything would have to be turned into an image file since there isn’t anyway to create fonts on the fly, and since no one’s handwriting is completely consistent, each character in a handwritten post would have to be a completely separately created character. And what of cursive writing? Some sort of software would have to trace out each and every character and then try and decide where to break between them. Handwriting is simply too inconsistent, and I have two friends that can’t even read their own handwriting.

    Technology just isn’t there.
