Finding and Installing Plug Ins

  I would like to install a plug in. I cannot seem to find how to do it.

  I thought an SEO plug in might be useful and I found one somehow that looked like it was worthwhile. When I clicked install it just loaded to my hard drive. Is there a plug in menu in my blog where I can search and install plugs in from? If there is I can’t find it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We don’t allow third-party plugins to be installed on WordPress.com for security and stability reasons. We have a good amount of SEO enhancements already built into WordPress.com.

  Is there a particular feature of the plugin you were looking to use? We may have the feature already enabled.

  Hi kraftbj,

  Yes I had since discovered that plug-ins were not allowed but it took a bit of a search to find that out.

  I have found the list of plug-ins available for wordpress.com so I will have a look there and see what is available.
