Finding and installing themes keyword mismatch
-
I found a great theme searching WordPress.com.
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/vostok/
Now I want to install it automatically in my client’s site. Problem is, none of the information that WordPress asks you to enter within WordPress itself is available in any of the the theme descriptions: no keyword, author, or tag. Searching from within WordPress > Appearance > Install Themes, in this instance, for “Vostok” gets no results.
To make these schema workable, the themes listed on WordPress ought to prominently feature the keyword, author, or tags.

You need to understand the differences between wordpress.com sites and self-hosted wordpress.ORG sites. You have to search for and find Vostok on the internet and then install that theme on the self-hosted blog you are talking about.
The differences between wordpress.com and wordpress.org (self-hosted) sites.

Also, the correct forum for self-hosted wordpress sites is at http://wordpress.ORG/support/ . As you see, things are different and we will not be able to help you here at wordpress.COM.
