I found my site, http://www.watchmantoday.com but I cannot access it because it is from 2009 and I no longer have the password and have changed email address. Can you help me to access it so that I can reactivate it?

The domain is registered at GoDaddy. Looking closer I can see it’s hosted on exodusfrombabylon.org. Which, I’ve honestly never seen before. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.
For help, I would contact them first. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
