Finding friends already on wordpress?

    So I have a friend who already has an account on here and I want to talk to her in private, but the only thing I’ve seen about adding friends is from facebook/twitter/email? Is there anyway I can add a friend who already has an account, that I dont have as a friend anywhere else?
