Finding my API Key

Hi guys. I’ve checked around the forums about this issue and I thought I’d best ask the question straight up. I’m trying to isntall stats and it says I need an API Key. I know the first thing everyone will say is to visit this page:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/api-keys/
Unfortunately, my API does not show up in the section it says. It then says if it doesn’t show, contact support to have them get one for you. I then tried to contact support, but it said “We only provide support for WordPress.com blogs here. Please go to the WordPress.org Support Forum for further help.”
So here I am! If someone could help me with this matter I would greatly appreciate it!
