Finding my blog and changing the privacy setting

  Hello! Over a month ago, I created my first blog using a free domain (that I created). I set my blog to the private setting but in hindsight I should’ve made it public because when I sent the link to my friend, he was unable to access it because it was private. I’d like to change the privacy setting from private to public, but there’s no record of my blog in my WordPress account. I tried making another one but the domain I created earlier is no longer available, so to me that means my private blog still exists somewhere. I’d appreciate your help! I’d like to know how I can find my blog again and then change the privacy setting. Thank you!
