Finding my old blog

  Hello, I would like to migrate my blog from Hubspot back into WordPress. My old blog is still published, but for some reason, when I log into my WordPress account, it tells me I don’t have any sites. How can I find it?

  The link you provided isn’t a WordPress site. Was the site originally on WordPress, transferred to Hubspot, and now you are wanting it back on WordPress?

  hmm, thats interesting. Our current blog is located here-http://blog.upstagevideo.com/ which is hosted on Hubspot. Our old blog (the link I listed above in previous post) was hosted on WordPress. I don’t understand why the old blog would have been moved to Hubspot too. But yes, I am cancelling my Hubspot account and would like to move our current blog back to WordPress.

  Hubpages isn’t on the list of supported file types that we accept for import. You’ll need to contact Hubpage and see if they are able to convert your content into an XML file or something that would be compatible with any of our listed supported systems.

  I would like to use the same web address in WordPress. Is that possible? If so, how would I do that?

  We do not accept incoming domain transfers, but you could point the domain’s nameservers from your current hosting provider to WordPress.com. Our support page will guide you through the process of pointing your domain’s nameservers to us:

  All of the files I exported from my Hubspot blog are HTML files, would they work?

  I contacted Hubspot this morning and they explained they do not have http://upstagevideo.com/blog/ and believes it is still a wordpress site. But when I log into my account, it does not come up in “my sites.” Is there someone from WordPress that I can speak to on the phone to resolve this issue? I have a limited amount of time to migrate everything back into WordPress before everything shuts off in Hubspot.

  blog.upstagevideo.com is hosted through Hubspot. http://upstagevideo.com/blog/ is NOT hosted through Hubspot.

  Neither are WordPress sites, and definitely not WordPress.com sites:

  I won’t say exporting your HTML to WordPress is impossible, but I would say that it will take a lot of painstaking work and you would have better luck just redesigning the site using a pre-existing WordPress theme.
