Finding my PLUGIN in Admin.

  Disqus is requesting a PLUGIN. I can’t seem to find it on the left panel of WordPress admin. Am I losing it or what?

  From my reading its for wordpress.org, i have been known to be wrong before :)

  I understand its WordPress and I am a blogger, I just can’t find the PLUGIN tool in my administration….As I haven’t written for over a year, I thought maybe it was changed. How does one pull up a plugin?
