Finding Plugin-Folder

I am currently working on Nextgen Scroll Gallery and needed to change the css code of it. I’ve done some research and it’s asking me to “Go into the plugin-folder “nextgen-scrollGallery”, then “scrollGallery” and there you will find a folder “css” with my “scrollGallery_greyDesign.css”.” But i just can’t simply find the plugin-folder.

I have tried looking through the ‘Plugins’ tabs on the wordpress sidebar and have no luck seeing it. I might have been missing something, can someone please point it out for me.

    Cheers
    Louis
