finding plugin menu

  I want to insert a calendar plugin for my site. The instructions say to go to the plugins menu in the dashboard. I don’t see it. How to access this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Plugins cannot be used at wordpress.COM for security reasons. Plugins are for self-hosted wordpress sites using the software from wordpress.ORG.

  The difference between wordpress.com and wordpress.org (self-hosted) sites.

  You can however use google calendars here.

  Use a custom menu and link directly to it.
