finding settings in host cpanel

  I have a mid-level understanding of wordpress, but I’m using it for the first time being hosted through a company. I need to change the site URL from https to http. On my other blogs, I can find this under general settings and see exactly what to do. But for my current site, I have to go through a cpanel, and there are a lot of folders to look in that start with wp, but I can’t locate anything that says wp-config. There is no phpMyAdmin folder in the cpanel. Suggestions?
