  i can’t find the domain.
  u realize it’s in the store’ but were is the store?

  The store is located in the wp-admin section of your blog. It is displayed as shopping-cart icon.

  Please also post the blog url you having difficulty with.

  Does that resolve your question?

  i guess it should be on the dashboard section but its not there

  That is correct, the store icon should appear in the dashboard section.
  However, if you have a self-hosted WordPress account the store icon does not show-up.
  There is a difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Does that resolve the question?

  If not, can you please post the url of the blog you are having trouble with?

  The URL is another name for a link. So just post your blog’s link.
