Finding the right plugin

Hi WP community, I would greatly appreciate some advice. I am in the process of setting up an online marketplace for the rental of bikes. I have used WordPress with the WP Rentals plug in and Woocommerce integrated to Paypal.
I am desperately trying to figure out if there is a plug in that can handle the pass through of payments from the Renter to the Rentees.
So for example if I am John and I put up a Bike to Rent and Jane Rents the bike, Jane can pay the site at the moment for the rental but I need to pass the money onto John minus a small commission for connecting John and Jane.
I cant seem to find out how to achieve this in WordPress.

If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
