Finding trash folder

My draft was suddenly deleted and I would like to know how to retrieve it. I cannot seem to find the trash icon from my dashboard on my phone nor tablet in order to find my draft.
Kindly do assist me,The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You will access your trash from wp-admin. If you don’t see that on your left panel toward the bottom, you can get there by adding /wp-admin at the end of your site address.
