  We purchased the URL essexneurology.net 28th November 2019 for 2 years but its not showing up on our account and we cant find it. Please can you help?

  I am unsure what the non-completion of an ICANN-mandated contact verification means so can you guide to retrieving this URL as we have paid for this account.

  Please read what staff-blorbo wrote. You can only get help when you are logged in to the account owning that domain.
  If you don’t know the login to that account, it’s very easy to restore access at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  I have access to the account but cant find the URL as its no longer linked to the account.

  That’s because you are logged in to the wrong account! “You are not currently logged in as the WordPress.com account which owns the domain.” healthwatchessex doesn’t own essexneurology.net.

  Hi there,

  Go to https://wordpress.com/me/ and click the Sign Out button.

  Then go to https://wordpress.com/log-in and log in using your other WordPress.com username, or the email address at which you receive renewal reminders for your upgrades on WordPress.com.

  That’s a different email address than the one you’re using for your healthwatchessex username account.

  I am not clear what you mean. Healthwatch Essex purchased this account via a staff member who has now left. Why cant we access it. We can prove we purchased it on our company account but i am not aware of any other accounts. Who do i speak to about getting a reset as we own this URL but since the staff member has left we have no access to their email account.

  It looks like the staff member that left had registered the domain with their own WordPress.com account. So, you need to contact them and ask them to transfer that domain to your account following these instructions:
