Finding where media is linked within site

  I want to swap out once piece of media for another (a PDF). I know that this specific file is linked in multiple places across my site. Is there a quick way to see all of the places on my site where a specific media file is linked so that I can change the link for the new file?

  I could go through each page individually, but I do not want to take that time, or potentially miss anything.
