Hi,
I am looking for help regarding my wordpress website. this will all sound very all over the place due to my lack of experience i apoloigise in advance but i thought i may aswell give it a shot. i would like to have a link within text within a block that triggers a pop up text box that people can type in. press submit and then that text appear on another page on the website. here is my example.
i have a box saying (ask a question) i would then like people to be able click that, a pop up box appear, ask a question and the question appear on a ‘newsfeed’ page on the website so people can see it and answer the question. i would like to know if i can make this automatic. i was originally going to place a button that sends me an email, i then copy and paste the email onto the newsfeed manually but this isnt the most efficent way of doing things. the website is not yet launched but im happy to give people access. the website is intended for entertainment and learning for young men.

That’s not something you’ll be able to do with our inbuilt tools, you’ll need a plugin for that. Plugins are available on plans Business and eCommerce.
Most folks in these forums have a free WordPress site hosted here with us, and thus can’t install plugins without upgrading. And since the upgraded sites come with direct support, those users don’t typically hang out here. So if you’re looking for plugin recommendations, you’ll likely find more relevant information if you’ll try the other forum:
