Firefox doesn't work with changes that happened Nov 16. What to do?
-
Since yesterday afternoon (Nov 16) I’ve been having trouble using WordPress with Firefox 2.0.0.20. It seems that the interfaces have changed. I can not upload more than one photo – the second will replace the first. Other posting elements don’t work at all. I have done all that I can in terms of suggested trouble shooting (force quit, clear cache, etc.). Unfortunately I can’t updated Firefox any farther since I have a steam-powered Mac that runs OS 10.3.9.
Any suggestions? Will you be tweaking the new interface for us old timers? Thanks in advance.

Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Safari or Google Chrome? Please review this guide to learn more about the Flash vs Browser uploader.

Thanks for getting back to me.
Safari won’t do anything when I click on the media button and does not show anything in the bar above the text field – no buttons for bold, italics, etc. (Granted, because of my older OS, this is Safari 1.3.2. It is the same reason I can’t install Chrome.)
I wasn’t clear before. I was using the Browser upload function when the problem of an image replacing the previous image occurred

Hi.
No. Just one at a time.
I’ve even tried to put a few returns after the first image before uploading the second image to space them out. Still doesn’t work.
To make this even more complex, once I get an image uploaded and click the cursor in the field to type something, the image automatically shrinks to about half size, and I can’t type.

That’s pretty far out of date.
Opera 9.64 was the last browser to support 10.3.x. Would you please try downloading it from http://arc.opera.com/pub/opera/mac/964/Opera_9.64_Setup.dmg ?

That seems to work. Thank you so much for you time and effort. (And sorry that I was so late in getting back to you.)
