Firefox Plugin

Hi,
I’m not sure if anybody has used this plugin before but i am having some trouble with it, these are the instructions that came with the plugin:
# Download
# Install
# Activate it in the plugin page
# Configure it in the option page
# Set it in the page option
# Add this in your template, just after the body markup :
if (function_exists ( ‘fp_popup’)) fp_popup () ;I have installed it correctly, i have set it up correctly but the part i am having trouble with is where do i past that bit of code? I tried putting it next to the body tag in the header.php file and in the footer.php file but nothing works, since i am new to wordpress and php itself i just need a little bit of help on this as my blog doesn’t display properly in Internet Explorer so this is important to me.
