Firefox/IE Layout Problem

    Hi everyone, hopefully I’m posting this in the right area.
    I’m new to web design and I was hoping you guys could help me with an issue I have.
    So basically my website layout works perfectly in Chrome but is spaced out way too much in Firefox and IE.
    I’ve been messing around with the CSS and I’ve scanned through all of my HTML code but can’t find out what the issue is.
    I know Firefox calculates percentages differently but it wouldn’t explain why it’s off by so much so I’m fairly sure there’s something I’m missing in my code.
