First Blog does not appear on my site.

  I have a blog site at http://www.beyondcbt.com when I add a new blog it does not appear on the home page although it does appear on the right side bar under “Issues for Treatment” (which is correct). Is there some reason that the newest blog doesn’t show up and how can I change it.
