First few lines of text don't appear when I share blog posts on facebook

  Why don’t the first few lines of text appear when I share my blogpost on facebook? It shows my photo, title and subtitle, but not the title of the new post or the first few lines of text.

  If you want more than what Publicize provides to be posted on Facebook then you have to post manually to Facebook. http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/

  Thanks, timethief. I was cutting and pasting the url into facebook manually, and that’s what I got. Should I be doing something different manually?

  If you want the title of the new post or the first few lines of text to be there then you have to copy and paste them there.
