first image doesn's display in the blog entry on the front webpage

  I have inserted multiple images throughout a blog entry, however the first image is no the one that displays when I go to my webpage….rather, the second or third image is shown on the front webpage. However when I click on the specific entry to read it, then the first image will be there. Why?

  What images you have inserted in the post, and in what order, is irrelevant. The main page on Oxygen will display an image for a post if it’s wide enough, and a) if the image is the first one you uploaded from your computer via the Add Media button of that post, or b) if you set it as a featured image to that post.
