First Line Indent Code Not Working

  I have been trying to get indents to show on my blog post. I have tried two different codes that I found in these forums, and neither of them worked. Am I doing something wrong?

  In you’re first example, you’re missing a quote mark before the right angle bracket. It should be this:

  <p style="text-indent: 20px;">Text goes here.</p>

  I tested both examples (with the fixed quote mark for the first one), and both worked for me. Can you please provide a link to a specific post or page where you tried those examples and it’s not working for you?

  Still doesn’t work. Maybe it’s the layout I have or something that’s messing with it.

  You haven’t added any of this in the post you linked to.

  If you want first-line indents for all the paragraphs, you need this at the very beginning of the post (in the HTML editor):
  <div style="text-indent:23px;">

  and this at the very end:
  </div>
