First line of post is not being posted

I’ve created a blog (still working out how to use it) but I’m stuck at the first hurdle, posting.
When I create and publish a post, the first line of what I wrote is missing. I can see it in the text editor just not the visual editor and not in the post. What am I doing wrong ?

It sounds like you have some code interfering with the display of the line in question. When you see the line in the text editor are there tags is there any code surrounding the text? If so, when you remove it does the text display correctly?
If that doesn’t help, or if you need a more through explanation, could you take a screen shot of your text editor page and post it here so I can see what you see? Here’s info on how to do that:

I’m seeing the same first line as on the text version.
Am I missing something?

That’s super weird. Here’s what I see:
could you try opening the page in a different browser just to see if that makes a difference?

That is weird, works on mobile and the app. Guess I’ll have to check all my posts in future and see if it’s like that.
