First page showing up

  When I access my site, I get the following page;
  “Sorry but you are looking for something that isn’t here”
  and a search box for the site.
  How can I change that to show a more friendly welcome

  The first page will the last n number of blog posts. You need to write a blog post.

  There was another thread that I answered this morning with exactly the same issue.
