First payment processed but still showing as FREE

    Cannot get through AI to a human because I am still showing as a FREE plan. I made payment for Personal plan on Nov 30, cleared my credit card on Dec 2 and WordPress still shows me a FREE. AI won’t give me a human because I’m not paid. SO FRUSTRATING!!

    Perhaps you have multiple websites and it’s just a matter of switching to the one that you have paid for?
