first post

  I’d like to delete the automatical post of ‘first post’ bc I already wrote one, and also I tried to put it in the section I created named About me but didn’t succeed, so it was published on the ‘home’ page, and I copied it in ‘About Me’ so I do have now 2 articles and I’d like to delete the one in ‘home’ because I guess it’ll show up in the home page even tho it’s in the ‘about me’ section no? Thanks.

  Yes, publishing the same content as a page wouldn’t remove the post. Any post may easily be deleted. See the Deleting and Restoring Posts section of the Edit Posts Screen support page, and the Permanently Deleting a Post or Page section of the Trash support page.
