  Help! I’m about to publish my first post and don’t know if it’s totally ready to go out. Is there any ind of review service offered by WordPress?

  Do you mean a preview function? If so you must enable third party cookies http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

  Not quite. I can preview it fine, I guess I’m just nervous that I missed something or made some dumb mistake before publishing it.
