First time WordPress user for online store

Hello everyone. My first time using WordPress. I have done a couple of my own sites before with Dreamweaver.
I am looking to do a simple online store, about 20 products. Which plan should I use, and can you upgrade if I go past a certain amount of product? I am thinking there are easy to use templates for this? What about hosting? My domain is with Godaddy. Not really happen with them these days, but my question is, can I create the site/store with WordPress then host somewhere else? I think I may use youtube tutorial videos to help me as well.
That’s all I can think of for now. Would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Hi 721entertain, while premium or business plan might suffice, commerce plan will be best considering it has store themes that will support showcasing your 20 products in the best way.

If you wish, you’ll always be able to export your WordPress site and move it to another platform.
You can sell with us, on any plan, with the Payments block. That said, using that would require you to add create and maintain separate pages of blocks.
A more efficient way, especially if you want to add a full shop experience with a cart, checkout, order emails, etc. is the use the Business or Commerce plan. Both of those are powered by WooCommerce. You can find out more about WooCommerce here.
