Fit to Mobile
-
Hi, love the look of luxconciergesservices.com online, but it looks terrible on the mobile version. Words are cut off, etc. Having similar issues with the logo view on my other brassringstool.com site. Is there a way to replicate the look / fit of my laptop views for my mobile sites? Thank you, Lisa
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Consult this page for theme information please https://wordpress.com/theme/lodestar know that we disable the Mobile theme when using a responsive layout theme. See also Mobile themes https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/mobile-themes/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/mobile-themes/#disabling-mobile-themes -
Additional information:
The mobile ready theme is a default theme and a completely different theme that you do not need to enable, if your theme is listed as a responsive layout theme here https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/responsive-layout/The mobile default theme is provided for those who run older themes that aren’t the gold standard which is responsive layout.
A responsive layout theme adapts to different screen sizes so that your website will work (and be optimized for) iPhones, iPads, Android and other mobile devices. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.
When we use a responsive theme we disable the mobile theme. Go to >Dashboard > Appearance > Mobile and disable the mobile theme
http:/NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=mobile-options
* Replace NAME_OF_BLOG withe the actual name of your blog in that URL.

Great information, I think this would work… but my dashboard does not have “Appearance” on it. I have a personal plan. Do I need to upgrade?

Are you referring to http://luxconciergeservices.com/?
And, are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the site ie. as the original Admin and owner of the site?
If you are not logged in under the correct WordPress.COM username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account
If you did not register the site under your username account then contact the person who registered it and have theme act please.

Both sites in my WordPress lack this in the sidebar:
http://www.brassringstools.com
http://www.luxconciergeservices.comHere’s my WordPress link when looking at my dashboard:
https://wordpress.com/stats/day/brassringstools.comThank you!

Hi @brassringstools, this option isn’t in the newer dashboard, but you can find it at http://www.brassringstools.com/wp-admin > appearance.
Same with http://www.luxconciergeservices.com/wp-admin .
Also, you might consider trying smaller text to see how that fits. It seems it’s wrapping and what not because your text is so large.
