  Can a website/app be created that provides administration access to produce customised workout programs that clients can login to to access and update with preset weight/reps & notes? And access video content?

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com does not have “client login” capabilities built in, but you can add that feature by uploading a “plugin” to your site.

  This is not possible on free sites, but you can upload any plugin or theme designed for WordPress if you upgrade to our Business plan. That would allow you to use a client login plugin like the ones mentioned here.
