I am trying to access the website http://www.fitzgeraldcoast.com.au, I have two different devices and google and internet explorer and I am getting the same error pop up- ‘ Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain’.
Warning: One or more transactions linked to this site were refunded due to a contested charge. This may have happened because of a chargeback by the credit card holder or a PayPal investigation. Each contested charge carries a fine. To resolve the issue and re-enable posting, please pay for the chargeback fine.
Please explain what this means? and what I need to do from here?

You are seeing this message because you disputed a payment and issued a chargeback against us:
What that happens, all upgrades on your account are removed and your site is locked until you pay a chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback. The chargeback process has now been completed so you will need to pay the fee.
Once you’ve done so your site will be restored and domain mapping for fitzgeraldcoast.com.au will start working again.

I’ve checked your account and it looks you’ve paid the fee and everything is working again now.

It’s hard to give an exact date but it’s likely the payment disputed through PayPal a couple of weeks ago.
